Hyundai partners the FIA Motorsport Games in Valencia
3 min readHyundai Motor Spain is confirmed as the official Electric Street Auto Slalom partner, providing six units of the KONA Electric N Line for the event.
This adventurous all-electric SUV offers cutting-edge intelligent technology and the best range with up to 681 km in city cycle. The new KONA Electric N Line features fast charging, which allows it to recharge from 10 to 80% in just 41 minutes.
It also features bi-directional charging (V2L) that connects any electrical element to the KONA with an adapter connected to the external port that provides up to 3.6 kW of power, even when the vehicle is switched off.
The New KONA Electric N Line has a sport design that incorporates a wide range of functions with which the vehicle acquires a high-performance image. N Line takes sportive design elements to add a stronger touch to the electric KONA car.

Hosted for the first time in Spain, the third edition of the FIA Motorsport Games is expected to attract more than 650 participants from all over the world. But they arrive to represent their respective countries, and not for a team or manufacturer, as is traditional in motor racing competitions.
“We are delighted to have Hyundai join us for the Auto Slalom competition in Valencia. One of the grassroots categories for the FIA Motorsport Games, Auto Slalom opens the event up to non-motorsport licence holders, with participants only needing a national driving licence,” said Stéphane Ratel, Founder and CEO of SRO Motorsports Group.
“These grassroots categories are a vital part of the FIA Motorsport Games. One of the goals of the Games is to introduce and open up our sport to many more potential racers in parts of the world which don’t currently have existing circuits or infrastructure.”
A ‘Race of Nations’, drivers instead compete for winning gold, silver or bronze medals across 26 varied categories of the sport, complete with the opportunity to parade their nation’s flag in the spectacular Opening Ceremony at Valencia’s City of Arts and Sciences.
The Auto Slalom competition will take place on at Circuit Ricardo Tormo, locate bespoke course d 30 minutes from Valencia city center.
Competitors must race against the stopwatch while driving through a series of low-to-medium-speed corners, with the fastest running against each other to earn a gold, silver, or bronze medal for their nation.
