According to Fenatran’s executive manager, Thiago Braga Ferreira, the program will have panels with content focused on the main challenges of the heavy vehicle and logistics industry.

For example, the largest associations in the sector have a confirmed presence. “We will welcome important names from the market and associations that are partners of the fair, such as NTC, ANFIR, CNT and Anfavea“, he states.

According to Ferreira, they will address topics relevant to the entire transport chain, such as energy alternatives, costs for fleet owners, and make projections for next year.

Therefore, the program starts at 2:15 pm, with a panel focused on the highlights and main trends of the IAA Transportation.

The fair, which took place in September, in Hannover, Germany, is dedicated to commercial and industrial vehicles.

Likewise, following representatives of the Volvo, Scania, Mercedes-Benz, DAF, IVECO and Volkswagen Caminhões e Ônibus will highlight market trends.

Among the highlighted topics are the production, sales and exports of trucks, as well as perspectives for 2025.

Also part of the debate are emissions reduction targets, new propulsion alternatives, the use of biodiesel, among other topics.

However, the speakers discussed the prediction of a future Euro 7, expectations with green financing, in addition to fleet renewal programs.

In the 3:15 pm panel, Henry Joseph Junior, director of sustainability and strategic and institutional partnerships at Anfavea, presents the study ‘Paths of Decarbonization in Brazil’.
